Female XT-60 to 5.5mm Banana Plug Adapter Convertor

XT60 = Female housing with male gold pins.

Banana plugs - 1 male and 1 female

The measurement taken is the internal diameter of the female bullet connector these are to fit. So, 5.5mm male bullet connector to fit a 5.5mm female bullet connector etc.
