I made this pecan by making a mold of a actual pecan nut half. Then I casted it into 14kt. yellow gold.

It is amazing how much intricate detail that nature created which was all captured in the molding process.
The back is hollowed out some to make it lighter and more affordable.

Actual size of this item is 1/2" tall by 7/16" wide.
I choose this size for someone who likes a small tie tack on their tie or lapel
